Myofascial Release
Straighten your posture, improve your GIT function, relieve pain.
Myofascial Release is the application of techniques to free the body from tight fascia (connective tissue), restoring normal alignment and body function.
It is effective for treating many disorders, including chronic pain syndrome.

Positional Release
Untwist your body, Release tension and pain.
Positional Release is the moving of the body into such a position that the neuro-muscular system releases and resets the particular junction that is being treated. It is mostly used for the musculature of the spinal column, but can be used for most skeletal neuro-muscular junctions.
An example is when one has what is commonly termed as 'popped a disc'. This condition is mostly the spasm of one of the many muscles in the spinal column. When these muscles are in spasm, it is very painful to move. Positional Release can be used to release the spasm, thereby freeing up movement.
